9130 1924 IZHEVSK Mosin Nagant 7.62x54r

The Mosin is a good first full power rifle. My first full power rifle was a Mosin. Sure, quality is a crapshoot, but I’ve seen and handles a lot of mosins, and I’ve never seen the sewer pipe barrels of myth and legend. They don’t need to be sub MOA accurate.

Description

9130 1924 IZHEVSK Mosin Nagant 7.62x54r

The 3-line rifle M1891 is popularly known in the West as the Mosin Nagant and in Russia as the Mosin nagant rifle. The mosin nagant for sale is a five-shot, bolt-action, internal magazine–fed, military rifle. Also, It is one of the most mass-produced military bolt-action rifles in history. Hence it has over 37 million units having been made since its inception in 1891. It is primarily found chambered for its original 7.62×54mmR

The Mosin nagant 3-line rifle, Model 1891 was adopted by the Russian military in 1891. There have been several variations from the original rifle, the most common being the M1891/30 (commonly referred to as “the 91/30” by shooters). Also, Some details were borrowed from the mosin Nagant for sale design.Furthermore, the 1891 Mosin nagant rifle for sale uses two front-locking lugs to lock up the action.

However, the Mosin’s lugs lock in the horizontal position, whereas the Mauser locks vertically. The Mosin nagant bolt body is also multi-piece whereas the Mauser is one piece. Like the Mauser, the Mosin nagant  uses a blade ejector mounted in the receiver. The Mosin nagant bolt is removed by simply pulling it fully to the rear of the receiver and squeezing the trigger. Meanwhile the Mauser has a bolt stop lever separate from the trigger

Like the Mauser, the bolt lift arc on the Mosin–Nagant is 90 degrees, versus 60 degrees on the Lee–Enfield. Furthermore, the Mauser bolt handle is at the rear of the bolt body. It locks behind the solid rear receiver ring. Hence the Mosin nagant bolt handle is similar to the Mannlicher: The rifling of the Mosin nagant for sale barrel is right turning (clockwise looking down the rifle) 4-groove with a twist of 1:9.5″ or 1:10″. Also the 5-round fixed metallic magazine can either be loaded by inserting the cartridges singly, or more often in military service, by the use of 5-round stripper clips

Small brick and mortar but loaded with a wide variety of "toys". Prices are a tad steep compared to gunbroker but staff is friendly and highly knowledgeable.

Called in for information on a couple guns, one person was friendly and helpful. The other was just today, and he came across as obviously annoyed that I disturbed him. I know you guys are probably busy and get several phone calls a day, but I'm trying to purchase a rifle and a pistol and would like to keep business local. However, when someone talks to me like I'm a huge imposition for bothering them by asking for them to do their job, it justifies why I should just order everything online. A side note, I tried running an inquiry through your website that "promises to get back to you within 24 hours", well that was a few days ago and nothing. I apologize for disrupting your nap or whatever, maybe don't even answer the phone if you're too busy to handle your customers. At least your competitors will enjoy your attitude.

I’ve had really good experiences in this store both purchasing firearms, ammo, parts and just looking around. However, since I had PCS’d out of Fort Cavazos I needed proof of ownership of my firearms so I can register them in my new duty station. After phone calls, 3 requests to 3 different people they have failed to provide me something so easy to provide. Good at in store things but not very good for phone, or email customer service .

My family and I took a trip to Killeen and I decided to stop here to check out some rifles. Everyone was friendly but Sam was our sales person. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. He answered my questions and gave me a few scenarios to allow me to make an informed decision. Great atmosphere and awesome staff. Most definitely will be back for our next purchase. Thank you so much for the great experience Sam!
